Voldemort Soul

Soul stories are pretty similar in histories. But in the case of Harry Potter's villain's stories is entirely different from others. Usually souls are unique in our spiritual stories. The beauty of nature is one cannot tell what others think. Our mind is private to us. Unless we tell what we think other won’t know. There are lots of stories related to souls such as ghost, life after death and each culture will have one story.
We have taken the story of Lord Voldemort. He is a villain in the story who rematerialized himself in the fifth part. Till fifth part he roams as a soul. He often occupy others body. Usually he occupies small animals like mice and others. When a mouse is occupied by him it living days becomes very short. Otherwise when he tries to come out of the host body they die.
This was the case in the first part of harry potter. Voldemort occupies a professor and command him to his wish. He attempts to steal the philosopher stone but he fails. When Voldemort breaks out of professor's body he dies. So what he has his soul right then he should be living with that soul right.
In the case of ghosts people tell the body is occupied by more than one soul. so people is out of focus. They don't have control over their activities and body is confused of its commentator. When one of the soul attempts to get out they die in some case.
In Voldemort’s case, when the curse reflected in the first attempt to kill harry potter his soul gets out of his body. And he is able to remember who he is. So he has his memories and he comes back to power.
This is a storyline copied from ancient Indian arts. It is known as "koodu vittu koodu paayum kalai". This is seen in Vikramaatiya stories. Even ancient gurus practise they art. The document for these arts was fortunately not found. If it was there in this centuries then what would happen???
